What we supply

Welders by process, not by job title

A welder who is excellent on structural steel may be the wrong man for a stainless food line. We match on process, material and position — not on the word “welder” in a CV.

Welder typeTypical work
ARC / SMAW weldersStructural steel, grills, gates, general fabrication and repair work
MIG / MAG (GMAW) weldersSheet metal, auto parts, furniture, production-line welding in factories
TIG (GTAW) weldersStainless steel, aluminium, food and pharma equipment, thin-sheet precision work
Pipe weldersPipelines, boilers, pressure lines, 6G position welding on plant and project work
Structural / steel-structure weldersSheds, trusses, warehouses, industrial buildings, steel towers
Fabricators, fitters, grinders & helpersCutting, grinding, fit-up, assembly and welder support on site

Most clients take a complete activity rather than single workers — welders with fabricators, fitters, grinders and helpers on one contract, one invoice and one supervisor. Add electricians or construction labour to the same requirement if the site needs them.

The part most suppliers skip

We test the weld, not the CV

Years of experience on a CV tell you nothing about the bead. So before a welder is presented to you, he welds a test piece in the same process, material and position your job actually needs, and the weld is inspected — penetration, bead consistency, undercut, spatter and fit-up.

Clients in Rawalpindi and Islamabad are welcome to attend the trade test in person. For other cities we send a video of the test and photographs of the test piece before anyone is deployed, so you approve on evidence rather than on our word.

If your job needs a third-party or client-approved qualification test, tell us at enquiry stage. We present candidates for your inspector to test — the certification itself is issued by the testing body, never by us.

How the test works

Six checks before a welder reaches your gate

The same sequence every time, whether it is one welder or a team of thirty.

The requirement is fixed first

Which process, what material and thickness, which position, and whether the work is production, structural or pipe.

A real test piece

He welds under the same conditions your job runs in — not a demonstration piece of his choosing.

Visual inspection

Penetration, bead consistency, undercut, spatter and fit-up are examined before anything else is discussed.

Safety practice watched

Helmet, gloves, screen and machine settings. A careless welder is a liability on any site.

CNIC verified through NADRA

Identity confirmed and previous-employer references checked before deployment.

Police character certificate

Arranged before joining wherever your site or client requires one.

We do not claim certifications we cannot show you

No welder is described here as “certified” unless he genuinely holds that document and you can inspect it. Trade-tested is a claim we can prove on the day; a certification claim we cannot prove would cost you more than it gains.

How it works

From your WhatsApp message to a welder on site

Five steps, and you approve before anyone travels.

1

Send the requirement

Process (ARC/MIG/TIG/pipe), number of welders, material and thickness, site location, shift timing and duration.

2

We shortlist and trade-test

Candidates are tested against exactly that requirement, not against a general idea of welding.

3

You approve

From the test result in person, or from the video and test-piece photographs.

4

Deployment

On the agreed date, with documents complete and a named supervisor in place.

5

We stay responsible

For welders on our payroll: attendance, salary, statutory contributions and replacement remain our job, not yours.

Two models

On our payroll, or on yours

Both are available for the same welders. Which one costs less depends entirely on how long you need them.

Tell us the duration and the number of welders and we will tell you honestly which model works out cheaper. For long-term workshop staff, permanent hiring is usually the right answer — and we will say so.

Who hires welders from us

The work our welders actually go to

Different industries break differently, and the welder who suits one rarely suits the next.

Steel and engineering units

I-9, I-10, Rawat and the GT Road belt — structural welders and fabricators on shift.

Fabrication workshops

Gates, grills, trusses, tanks and sheds, where output depends on fit-up as much as the weld.

Construction contractors

Rebar cages, structural steel and site repair work alongside the civil crew.

Auto and parts manufacturers

MIG production welding on a line, where consistency matters more than versatility.

Food, pharma and chemical plants

Stainless steel and TIG work to a finish that will pass a hygiene inspection.

Oil, gas and pipeline contractors

Pipe welders for plant and project work, including positional welding.

Said plainly

What we do not promise

Our office is in Rawalpindi. We supply welders across the twin cities and to other cities and project sites on request — and for any site away from a welder’s home city, accommodation, transport and food are agreed in writing at the quotation stage, so the cost is clear from day one rather than argued about later.

Timelines depend on the process and the headcount. A structural welder is a faster search than a 6G pipe welder, and a team of thirty goes out in batches so your work can start before the last man is tested. We confirm a deployment date in writing before you commit — we do not publish a turnaround we cannot meet.

We supply inside Pakistan only, and we do not supply security guards — guarding is a separately licensed activity and we stay inside what we are registered to do.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply welders for short projects and shutdowns?

Yes — daily, weekly, monthly and project-based contracts, as well as permanent positions. Share the dates and the number of welders and we confirm availability before you plan around it.

Are your welders tested, or only interviewed?

Tested. Every welder welds a practical test piece in the process and position your job requires, and the weld is inspected before he is presented to you. We do not send CV-only shortlists.

Mujhe factory ke liye MIG welder chahiye — kaise mangwaun?

WhatsApp par process (MIG), workers ki tadaad, material, site location aur duration bhej dein. Trade test hota hai, aap test ka result ya video dekh kar approve karte hain, phir welder site par bheja jata hai. Deployment ki date hum pehle likh kar dete hain.

Can you supply welders together with fabricators and helpers?

Yes, and most clients do. A complete activity — welders, fabricators, fitters, grinders and helpers — runs on one contract with one invoice and one named supervisor.

Who pays the welder’s salary and EOBI?

On the contract model, we do. The welder stays on Khawaja Manpower’s payroll and we handle salary, attendance, EOBI and provincial social security. On the recruitment model you employ him directly and pay a one-time fee.

What if the welder does not perform on site?

Tell us and we replace him from our standby list. For contract workers replacement is included for the contract term, and the replacement time is written into your contract before deployment.

Send your welding requirement

Tell us the process, the number of welders, the material and thickness, the site location and how long you need them. You get a shortlist plan, a quote, and a deployment date in writing.
