What we supply

Electricians by the work, not by the word

A house-wiring electrician in front of a motor starter is a different person from the one you needed. We match on the actual load and the actual fault he will face.

Electrician typeTypical work
Building / house wiring electriciansConduiting, wiring, DB boards, switches, sockets, light fittings, earthing
Industrial & panel electriciansLT panel wiring, MCCB/MCB and contactor work, busbars, cable termination, motor and control wiring
Maintenance electricians (factories)Breakdown attendance, motor and starter faults, preventive maintenance on shift
Generator & UPS techniciansGenerator connection, changeover and ATS panels, batteries, UPS and inverter servicing
HVAC-related electrical techniciansElectrical side of chillers, AHUs, split and ducted units, control wiring
Wiremen & electrical helpersCable pulling, tray and trunking, conduit laying, support to the lead electrician
Electrical supervisors / charge handsLeading a wiring gang, coordinating with the site engineer, checking work

A typical building package is a charge hand with electricians, wiremen and helpers on one contract. Many clients take it together with construction labour for the same site, or with welders where there is steelwork.

Why we test twice

An electrician who cannot find a fault is expensive. A careless one is dangerous.

So we test both things. First a practical wiring task — a small control circuit with a DB or starter, contactor, overload and indication, checked for cable sizing and termination quality. Then we introduce a fault and watch him trace it: the order he checks things in, whether he isolates before touching anything, and whether he actually knows how to use a multimeter.

The safety half is not a formality. Isolation and lock-off before work, testing for dead, correct earthing and insulated tools are watched during the test, because that is the behaviour that either exists or does not.

Twin-cities clients are welcome to attend. Elsewhere we send a video of the test before deployment.

Before anyone starts

Agreed in writing, not assumed on site

Electrical work is the trade where a shortcut becomes an accident. These are settled at quotation stage.

Tools

Which hand tools and testers the electrician brings, and which the site provides — written into the quotation for every job.

PPE

Who supplies insulated gloves, safety shoes and helmet, agreed before anyone reports to site.

Permit to work

If your plant runs a permit or lock-out/tag-out system, the electrician is briefed on it before he starts.

Scope limits

High-voltage switching, utility-side work and licensed testing stay with your own authorised staff or a licensed contractor unless agreed in writing.

Shift pattern

Single, double and three-shift cover including weekends — confirmed with the headcount per shift, not left open.

Verification

CNIC verified through NADRA, references checked, police character certificate arranged on request.

We do not call our electricians “licensed”

Electrical licences are issued by the awarding body, not by us. If your plant needs an electrician who holds a specific government or third-party licence, tell us at enquiry stage — we source candidates who hold it and you verify the document yourself.

How it works

From requirement to an electrician on shift

You approve on the test result, not on a CV.

1

Send the requirement

Type of electrician (wiring, panel, maintenance, generator/UPS), number of workers, site location, shift timing and duration.

2

Shortlist and trade test

The wiring task and the fault-finding test are matched to the work he will actually do.

3

You approve

In person for twin-cities clients, or from the test video elsewhere.

4

Deployment with a briefing

Documents complete, safety briefing done, and your permit system explained before he starts.

5

We stay responsible

For contract electricians: attendance, salary, statutory contributions and replacement remain our job.

Two models

On our payroll, or on yours

Shift cover and shutdowns usually favour the contract model. A permanent factory maintenance man usually does not.

Who hires electricians from us

Where our electricians work

The fault is different in each of these, and so is the man who should be fixing it.

Manufacturing plants and steel units

I-9, I-10, Rawat and the GT Road belt — shift maintenance electricians and panel technicians.

Construction contractors and developers

Wiring gangs for plazas, apartments and housing schemes, working to the site programme.

Housing societies and facility management

Common areas, pumps, lifts and street lighting, with a charge hand reporting to the building manager.

Hospitals, hotels and plazas

Round-the-clock cover where a power failure is an incident, not an inconvenience.

Warehouses and logistics sites

Lighting, power distribution and material-handling equipment.

Solar and generator installers

Wiremen and technicians for installation and commissioning work.

Said plainly

What stays on your side

We supply the electrician. High-voltage switching, utility-side work and licensed testing remain with your own authorised staff or a licensed contractor unless something different is agreed in writing. That line is there to protect you as much as us.

Our office is in Rawalpindi, and we supply across the twin cities and to other cities on request. For sites away from a worker’s home city, accommodation, transport and food are confirmed in the quotation so the cost is clear from day one.

Timelines depend on the type of electrician — a wireman is a faster search than a panel technician who can commission a starter. We confirm the deployment date in writing before you commit. We supply inside Pakistan only and do not supply security guards.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply electricians for night shifts and round-the-clock cover?

Yes — single, double and three-shift patterns including weekend cover. Share the shift timings and the number of electricians you need per shift and we build the roster around it.

Are your electricians tested, or only interviewed?

Tested, twice. Each electrician wires a practical task and is then given a fault to trace, and his isolation and safety practice is watched throughout. We do not send CV-only shortlists.

Mujhe factory ke liye maintenance electrician chahiye — kaise mangwaun?

WhatsApp par kaam ki qism (maintenance ya panel), workers ki tadaad, shift timing, site location aur duration bhej dein. Trade test hota hai, aap video ya nateeja dekh kar approve karte hain, phir electrician site par bheja jata hai.

Can you supply a complete wiring team for a building project?

Yes. A typical team is a supervisor or charge hand with electricians, wiremen and helpers, on one contract with one invoice. Many clients take it alongside construction labour for the same site.

Do your electricians bring their own tools?

This is agreed before deployment and written into the quotation. Electricians normally carry basic hand tools and a tester, while meters, specialised tools and PPE are usually provided by the site — but we confirm it in writing rather than leaving it to assumption.

Who pays the electrician’s salary, EOBI and social security?

On the contract model, we do. He stays on our payroll and we handle salary, attendance, EOBI and provincial social security. On permanent hiring you employ him directly and pay a one-time fee.

Send your electrical requirement

Tell us the type of electrician, the number of workers, the site location, the shift pattern and the duration. You get a shortlist plan, a quote, and the tools and PPE terms in writing.
