What we supply

Every trade a site actually runs on

Supply a mason without a helper and the mason spends half his day carrying material. We propose the trade mix with the headcount, not after it.

Worker categoryTypical site work
Masons / raj mistriBrickwork, block work, plaster, screed, boundary walls, finishing
Steel fixers (sariya work)Cutting, bending, binding and placing rebar for slabs, columns, beams, footings
Shuttering carpentersFormwork for columns, beams, slabs and stairs; shuttering and de-shuttering
Plumbers & pipe fittersInternal plumbing, sanitary fixing, drainage and water supply lines
Tile fitters & marble fixersFloor and wall tiles, marble and granite laying, skirting, bathrooms
Painters & polish workersPutty, emulsion, enamel, weather coat, wood polish, touch-up
Helpers & general labourersMaterial shifting, mixing, curing, cleaning, support to every trade
Site supervisors & foremenGang control, daily targets, material issue, attendance, execution quality

Need other trades on the same site? Add welders, electricians, drivers or a civil engineer to the same requirement and keep it on one contract.

Why labour supply goes wrong

A vague requirement is the whole problem

Almost every dispute in labour supply traces back to something that was never written down. Who brings the hand tools. Whether the rate assumed a helper. What happens when the slab pour runs past midnight. We settle these before we quote, not after the team is on site.

So we fix five things with you first: the activity, the trades and their ratio, the stage and duration, the site conditions and tools policy, and — for any site away from the workers’ home city — accommodation, transport and food. All of it in the quotation, in writing.

It takes one extra conversation at the start. It removes the argument that otherwise arrives in week three.

Construction labour supply in Pakistan — masons, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters and site crews by Khawaja Manpower
Trade testing

Each trade is checked the way a site judges it

Not a conversation about experience — a task, watched.

Masons

Line and level of a sample course, joint quality, plumb of the wall, plaster finish.

Steel fixers

Reading a bar bending schedule, then cutting, bending, binding, spacing, lapping and cover blocks.

Shuttering carpenters

A small formwork sample — alignment, bracing, props, line and level.

Tile fitters and painters

A sample patch judged on level, joints, edges and surface finish.

Every trade, on safety

Helmet, harness at height, safe material handling. Checked, not assumed.

Every worker, on identity

CNIC verified through NADRA, references checked, police character certificate on request.

No productivity promises on this page

You will not find bricks-per-day or square-feet-per-day figures here. Output depends on your site, your material supply and your access — any number we printed would be a number we could not stand behind.

How it works

From requirement to a crew on site

Larger requirements start with a site visit, because a drawing and a site rarely agree.

1

Send the requirement

Trades, number of workers, site location, stage of work, shift timing and duration.

2

Site visit or scoping call

For larger packages, so the trade mix and headcount match the actual site rather than an estimate.

3

Shortlist and trade test

Skilled trades do a practical task. Helpers are screened on fitness for the work and on references.

4

You approve

In person for twin-cities clients, or from photographs and a short video elsewhere.

5

Deployment and ongoing support

Crew on site with documents and a foreman. Attendance, payroll and replacement stay our job for contract workers.

Two models

Gang supply or individual workers, on our payroll or yours

Most sites want a crew that already works together. Some only need to fill a gap.

PayrollOurs on contract, yours on permanent hiringOurs on contract, yours on permanent hiring

On the contract model the crew stays on Khawaja Manpower’s payroll and salary, attendance, EOBI and provincial social security are handled by us. On permanent hiring you employ them directly and pay a one-time fee. Tell us the duration and the headcount and we will say which costs less.

Said plainly

Tools, timelines and what we will not claim

Tools. Which hand tools the worker brings and which the site provides is the single commonest dispute in labour supply. We agree it in writing at the quotation stage, for every trade on the job.

Timelines. Helpers and general labour mobilise faster than trade-tested skilled workers, and a large gang goes out in batches so your work can start earlier. We confirm the dates in writing before you commit rather than publishing a turnaround we cannot always meet.

Certifications. We do not claim OSHA training, certified scaffolders or any safety certification. Workers are checked on basic site safety — that is honest, and it is what we can show you.

Our office is in Rawalpindi. For out-of-city sites, tell us whether the site provides a labour camp or we should quote for accommodation. We supply inside Pakistan only and we do not supply security guards.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply labour for a single activity, like only shuttering or only rebar?

Yes. We supply labour-only packages by activity — steel fixing, shuttering, plaster, tiling or painting — as well as full site crews. Tell us the activity and the target output and we propose the gang size and trade mix.

Are construction workers tested, or only interviewed?

Skilled trades are tested on a practical task — masons, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters and tile fitters all do real work before they are presented. Helpers are screened on fitness for the job and on references.

Mujhe apni site ke liye mason aur sariya wale chahiye — kaise mangwaun?

WhatsApp par trade (mason, steel fixer), workers ki tadaad, site ka address, kaam ka stage aur duration bhej dein. Bari requirement par site visit karte hain, phir trade test ke baad team site par bheji jati hai. Deployment ki date pehle likh kar di jati hai.

Can you provide a supervisor with the team?

Yes. Gang supply normally includes a named supervisor or foreman. If you need a qualified engineer rather than a foreman, see civil engineer recruitment.

Who pays the workers’ salary, EOBI and social security?

On the contract model, we do. Workers stay on our payroll and we handle salary, attendance, EOBI and provincial social security. On permanent hiring you employ them directly and pay a one-time fee.

What if a worker leaves mid-project or does not perform?

Tell us and we replace him from our standby list. For contract workers this is included for the contract term, and the replacement time is written into the contract before the crew mobilises.

Send your site requirement

Tell us the trades, the headcount, the site location, the stage of work and how long you need the crew. You get a team plan, a quote, and the tools and accommodation terms in writing.
